Hot/cold drinks included pre/post race. Hot food at finish. 6 well stocked feed stations. Sport Ident chip timing. Mandatory kit to be carried plus foil blanket or bivvy bag, long sleeved base layer (not worn at race start) and minimum 500ml of water carrying capacity. Cut offs in place based on last finish at 6pm. Specially designed quality finisher certificate.
