The courses for all age groups are varied throughout and made up of lower and higher fell with twists and turns, a stream crossing, and a mix of short, sharp and more sustained climbs and descents in stunning countryside.

If you have children or grandchildren who would like to compete then please ask them to make their school aware of the Championships, especially any who are moving up to a new school in September so will be eligible for the Year 7 races.
