FRA Non Executive Committee - Job Description

Role: Junior Editor and Race Co-Ordinator

Main purposes of role: Editorial responsibility for the Fellrunner magazine junior content and coordinator for English Schools and Inter-counties Junior Championships.

Key tasks:

Liaise with the Race Organisers for safe and fair running of the Junior English Schools and Inter Counties championship races.

Support the Fellrunner Magazine editor on Junior section content and proof reading.

Support the Junior Championships Coordinator.

Liaise with FRA Chairman and Treasurer for financial approval.

Member of the Junior Championships sub committee.

Required skills and facilities:

Good communication skills.

Negotiation skills.

Proven planning experience.

Excellent knowledge of the English language.

Required liaison:

Race Organisers.

FRA Junior Championships Co-ordinator.

FRA Magazine Editor.

FRA Chairman and Treasurer.
