Lakeland Classics Trophy 2024

Well done to all those who finished LCT series this year, and especially those who got round Langdale in the harsh conditions at the weekend! There were 82 runners who completed the series, up on previous years and the most since 2014.

Many congratulations to the trophy winners Huw Davies (Mercia Fell Runners) and Antonia Fan (Ambleside AC), both of whom have had several terrific performances over the season.

In the teams classification Keswick AC managed to end Ambleside's winning streak. We are also delighted to present the women's team trophy for the first time to Ambleside AC after introducing a separate women's points calculation last year.

For a full list of awards see the attached document, all of which receive one of the sort after LCT mugs! Awards will be presented at the FRA presentation night (unless you let us know otherwise).

Next year Borrowdale will be rested from the series, with Three Shires and Langdale being in alongside the 4 super-longs. We look forward to seeing everyone at Duddon next year!
