British Championship Races 2027

 

Long Championship Race: Saturday 3^rd April: The Mourne Wall, Northern Ireland (29.6km with 2,520m climb)

 

In 2027, the Mourne Wall race will take place for the first time in more than 40 years. The race will start and finish at NI Water’s Silent Valley reservoir, following the wall in an anticlockwise direction. To avoid roads and dangerous ground the route will diverge from the wall at the bottom of Slieve Binnian before rejoining on the slopes of Rocky Mountain. 

 

Short Championship Race: Sunday 27^th June: Seat Sandal (7.4km with 700m climb). This is also an English Championship race.

 

Individual medals will be award at each event but teams must complete both races to count.  Entries will be on www.sientries.co.uk and will be publicised here before they open.
