The deadline for submitting race in the 2027 Handbook/Calendar

Important information about 2027 races - the deadline for submitting races to me for inclusion in the 2027 Handbook/Calendar is Sunday 15 November.
Thank you to all those many RO's who have already submitted their race(s).
Just a reminder -
- You must be a current member of the FRA to be an RO - the system now checks and if necessary, I will ask you to join/rejoin through the SIEntries website
- Please check the distance and ascent stats for your race and make sure you pick the right category (AS, AM, etc). I receive a few races in the wrong category and have to go back to the RO to correct them.
- Course details and gpx tracks: course details are required for runners but gpx tracks should never be published to runners. Checkpoint details are essential and a map showing the route is helpful. As Fixtures Secretary, it is helpful for me to have a gpx track of the route (this is essential for new races) but this is not published to runners.
- Juniors running in senior races - if your race has a minimum age of less than 18 please check that the distance complies with the new age limits.
Also, it would be really helpful if you could check your Race Organiser account is accurate and has no typos, including correct capital letters in addresses and missed spaces in phone numbers - the Handbook will be printed exactly as the details in your RO account so this saves work for the proof readers.
