English Championships - first race result

The updated Championship standings are now available on the English Championship page.  Please note - when registering for champs races please be sure to include your England Athletics running club.  See the following note from Carlos Bedson, Statistician :-

Dear runners,
When registering for English championship races, please kindly ensure you include your English Athletics running club.  If you are not in such a club, please ensure you otherwise record yourself as Fell Runners Association member,  (assuming your membership is up to date), so that I may include you in the competition tables. 
Please also otherwise remind yourselves of the Championship eligibility criteria as per page 55 of this year's handbook.
